§ 1
Definitions
The terms used in these Regulations have the following meanings:
1. Newsletter - a free service provided electronically by the Service Provider, consisting in sending the Service Recipient information regarding the RecruFlow website to the provided e-mail address.
2. Consumer – consumer within the meaning of Art. 221 of the Civil Code;
3. Website – the RecruFlow online platform run by the Service Provider under the following domain: recruflow.com, through which it is possible to subscribe to the Newsletter;
4. Service provider – SYGNETICA Jakub Samulski, Gryfa pomorskiego 69B/9, 81-572 Gdynia, NIP: 586-215-72-97, contact: support@recruflow.com;
5. Service Recipient - one who has signed up and uses the Newsletter service;
6. Regulations- these regulations for the provision of electronic services;
7. Privacy Policy - a separate document located on the Website specifying the rules for the processing of personal data by the Service Provider.
§ 2
Newsletter
1. The Service Recipient starts using the Newsletter after completing the following activities:
a) providing your e-mail address,
b) consent to receive correspondence containing information about the Website electronically,
c) reading the content and accepting the Regulations and Privacy Policy.
2. After performing the activities referred to in section 1 above, the Service Provider will send the Service User a message verifying the e-mail address, including a link confirming the willingness to subscribe to the Newsletter service. When the Service User confirms the subscription (clicking on the link), a contract for the provision of the Newsletter service is concluded.
3. To use the Newsletter, you must have a technically functional device with access to the Internet and an up-to-date version of a web browser and an active e-mail account. The Service Provider is not responsible for technical problems or limitations occurring in the Service Recipient's equipment that prevent him from using the Newsletter.
4. Messages sent to the Service Recipient as part of the Newsletter will include information about the possibility of unsubscribing from the Newsletter along with a link to unsubscribe.
5. The Service User may submit complaints regarding the Newsletter service to the Service Provider to the e-mail address: support@recruflow.com. The Service Provider will respond to the complaint to the e-mail address provided in the notification within 14 days of its receipt.
6. The service recipient may unsubscribe from the Newsletter at any time, without giving a reason or incurring any costs. In order to exercise this right, please send a message to the Service Provider's e-mail address: support@recruflow.com or use the option to unsubscribe by clicking on the link referred to in section. 4 above.
7. If the Service Recipient unsubscribes from the Newsletter on the terms specified in section 6 above, the contract for the provision of the Newsletter service will be terminated.
§ 3
Intellectual property law
1. The newsletter may contain content protected by intellectual property law.
2. The Service Provider has the exclusive right to the content sent in the Newsletter. Therefore, no content may be copied, corrected, distributed, downloaded, transferred, sold or otherwise used in whole or in part without the prior consent of the Service Provider.
§ 4
Personal data
1. The administrator of personal data provided by the Service User when signing up to use the Newsletter is the Service Provider.
2. The Service Recipient's personal data are processed in connection with the implementation of the contract for the provision of the Newsletter service in accordance with applicable provisions on the protection of personal data.
3. Detailed information regarding the processing of personal data by the Service Provider is included in the Privacy Policy.
§ 5
Final Provisions
1. The Service Provider has the right to change these Regulations in connection with the modernization of the Newsletter service or changes in legal provisions. The Regulations are amended by placing the amended version of the Regulations on the Website, as well as by sending the Service User information about the amendment to the Regulations at least 14 days before the planned date of entry into force of the changes. If the Service Recipient does not object to the changes until they enter into force, it is assumed that he accepts them. The Service User may send an objection to the Service Provider's e-mail address: support@recruflow.com and it results in the termination of the Newsletter service contract.
2. The Service User is prohibited from providing illegal content.
3. In matters not regulated in these Regulations, generally applicable provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the provisions of the Civil Code Act and the Act on the provision of electronic services.
4. The Service Recipient who is a Consumer has the right to use extrajudicial methods of dealing with complaints and pursuing claims, in particular with the help of municipal (district) Consumer Ombudsmen or the European platform for online dispute resolution (ODR) between entrepreneurs and consumers available at: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
